When you still get the money back
CatchTable publishes no single deadline; each restaurant sets its own — CatchTable is a restaurant reservation app — and the app shows it at checkout. Read the exact deadline and refund amount for your booking. Travel guides give conflicting example schedules; none is a universal CatchTable rule. Save the accepted conditions and cancel through the stated route as soon as your plans change.
Read the exact date and time of the deadline
A deadline may use calendar dates or a number of hours before the visit. Follow the date and time displayed in the restaurant’s terms, in Korea time, rather than converting “two days” into an assumed midnight cutoff. If the wording is unclear, ask before booking.
A zero-won authorisation checks your card without collecting a deposit
Some restaurants do not charge a deposit at all but hold your card with a zero-won authorisation (0원 결제) and bill it only if you cancel late or do not show. A zero-won authorisation checks the payment method without collecting a deposit. There is no deposit to refund, but a late-cancellation or no-show charge may still apply under the terms you accepted.
How long the refund takes
Processing depends on the platform and card issuer. Use the refund timeframe provided for your transaction. A deposit deducted from the bill is different from a separate refund: ask which applies. Save the refund confirmation, check your statement for either a credit or reversal, and contact support if the transaction’s stated timeframe passes.
