Check the current service from your departure station
SRT was the high-speed service associated with Suseo Station in southeast Seoul. Korail announced unified high-speed operations from 1 September 2026, including renaming SRT services KTX-Sancheon and combining Seoul and Suseo searches in its Korail+ app.
Try the foreign-language booking site
Start with Korail’s international booking site. Korail is Korea’s national railway operator. Search the station and date you need, then check the passenger details and available payment methods.
Seoul Station and Suseo are different stations. Confirm the departure station, train number and boarding time before paying.
If your card or route is unavailable
A card can fail because of issuer approval, authentication or the payment options supported by the booking service. Check any message from your bank and avoid repeating a payment while its status is unclear.
If the route does not appear or checkout fails, ask Korail or a staffed station counter for help. Do not assume that old SR registration or refund instructions still apply to a newly issued ticket.
Read the conditions attached to the ticket
Check change deadlines, cancellation fees and refund procedures before buying. If you use a reseller, also check its service fees and who handles changes. Keep the booking confirmation and payment record until the journey is complete.
